Working with Odoo since 2017, across both functional consulting and technical development. Five major migrations delivered, including v12 to v16/v18 jumps on Community and Enterprise, with custom code in the middle. Environments with 300+ users, 1,000+ SKUs and 10,000+ invoices a year.

What I do

Version migrations: impact analysis, remediation of custom modules, data validation, cutover and rollback planning.
ERP architecture: costing, inventory and material flow, purchasing, and reporting people actually use.
Process automation, and the training that makes it stick.
Fixed price per deliverable welcome. I work in English and Spanish, on CET hours.
